Founded in 2002, Mancinza Civils Contractors is a black female-owned construction company based in Eshowe, KZN. We specialize in project management, civil works, and new developments, delivering top-quality workmanship on time and within budget. Registered with CIDB (7CE PE, 6GB PE, 4ME PE), we manage all project phases—from planning and approvals to construction. Our hands-on leadership and commitment to safety, quality, and integrity ensure lasting client relationships and excellent service delivery.

Mr. Sabelo Zondi bio.: Our CEO holds a National Diploma in Information Technology from Varsity College (Westville) and a postgraduate diploma in Project Management from the Durban University of Technology. He has more than 10 years of experience in the corporate sector as a Data Analyst, working with innovative developments on the public sector through the working with Enterprise Resource Management systems. This played a big role in exposing him in the government space and understanding key role policies like the Financial Management Acts which outlines how government works with the private sector and vice versa.

Miss Nomvelo Zondi Bio.: Our Managing Director has more than 10 years of experience in business development and marketing. Throughout all these years, she proven herself to be most exceptional in what she does and has shown her resilience especially in a narrow niche. She has successtully obtained her Bachelors Degree in Retail and Business Management from the Durban University of Technology in 2016.
